I’m increasingly attracted to using ‘focusing’ or visualisation activities, in both my own practice and my own business, and with my coaching clients. The foundation of this is the idea that, to the extent that we can visualise and make ‘real’ in our imaginations an image of our eventual success, we multiply our chances of actually achieving that success.
